Roleplay Limits & Guidelines
1. General Roleplay Limits
- Avoid terms like "cousin," "other soul," or "other character" to reference your alts. Characters cannot communicate or acknowledge each other across lives.
- Drive realistically. Avoid GTA-style driving, especially during chases or serious RP.
- Injuries must be roleplayed appropriately — especially critical ones. No walking off headshots or major wounds.
- If your comms or GPS are taken (
/me takes comms and GPS
), do not use radios, phones, or Discord to call for help. - Permadeath is permanent. You cannot revive dead characters. You also may not force another player into a perma situation.
- Vehicles may not be driven or parked inside buildings that aren’t intended for vehicle access.
- Do not use
/carry
to bypass map collision or trap players in unreachable or unintended areas.
2. Combat Rules
- Combat can go back and forth for up to 20 minutes. After that, RP must be re-initiated naturally — not with a gun or "hands up."
- Maximum of 5 criminals per scene. PD may respond with up to 2 more than the criminal count until a panic button is used.
- Groups of 5+ may not perform gang activity unless officially registered (see Gang Rules).
3. Scene Management
- Prohibited RP topics: cancer, abortion, rape, suicide, or other disturbing themes. For special exceptions, open a staff ticket.
- Torture scenes require the clear consent of all parties involved before the scene begins.
- You may not store vehicles or change outfits for 15 minutes after a scene ends.
- Fake hostages (e.g., friends posing) are not allowed unless clearly advancing a storyline.
- Do not use locals (NPCs) as hostages. This is considered low-effort RP and is not allowed. There are plenty of players in the city—hostage situations should involve actual roleplay with real people. The PD will not respond to or acknowledge scenes involving NPC hostages.
- Do not rob or kidnap players who are AFK or using UI menus.
- Do not voice ID masked players or anyone clearly trying to hide their identity.
4. EMS & Police Interaction
- Do not camp or harass EMS. They are not combatants and must be treated with respect.
- EMS and LEOs may only be kidnapped if 3 or more are on duty.
- LEOs may only be robbed if 5 or more are on duty.
- Do not impersonate EMS or police unless the outfit is clearly fake and distinguishable.
- No crime against police within 30 minutes of a server restart ("the storm").
- No cop baiting — this includes triggering alerts, reckless driving, or fake 911 calls just to get a reaction.
- Wait at least 10 minutes before using AI medic after calling EMS — never use AI if a scene is still active.
5. Morgue Robbery Rules (KOS)
- This is a full Kill On Sight robbery — no need for hostages or interaction. Expect immediate lethal force from PD.
- You must use the
/groups
system. Max of 5 criminals. No switching members mid-robbery. - PD response is capped at 6 officers. No backup or panic button overrides.
- Once the robbery ends, other online officers may assist with prisoner transport or medical needs.
- Criminals may not camp the front morgue doors.
- PD can only be robbed for armor and ammo — no weapons, money, or other inventory.
- This is a Class 1 Only robbery. No SMGs, Tec-9s, Uzis, etc. PD will respond with pistols only.
- If you’re on morgue grounds during an active robbery, you can and will be killed by either side. Value your life.
